SELF-PUBLISHING
Self-publishing is the process of publishing a book independently without using a traditional publishing house. The author takes full responsibility for producing the book—either by doing the work themselves or hiring professionals—and uses platforms like Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing or IngramSpark to distribute it in digital and print formats.
Its main advantages include complete creative control, higher royalty earnings, and a much faster path to publication. Authors also retain full rights to their work and can publish without needing approval from agents or publishers, making it an accessible option while allowing direct engagement with readers and greater control over their publishing journey.

POETIC PEARLS: A to Zee Christian Poetry
A compendium of poems with alliterative titles, opening words, and accompanying scripture references all based on the 26 letters of the English alphabet in succession. There is scriptural precedence for this approach; 12 portions of scripture are acrostic, where the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet are used in successive order, namely: Lamentations (5 separate poems, one per chapter, of which the first four are acrostic), nine Psalms (9, 10, 25, 34, 37, 111, 112, 119, 145), the last 22 verses of the final chapter of the book of Proverbs (31:10-31), and the partial alphabetical acrostic in the opening verses of the prophet Nahum (1:2-8).
